“I have had a working, network relationship with the key stakeholders at West London Track & Field for close to a decade now. They have formed and developed a very unique environment for aspiring athletes at all levels based on current research and designs.
Their active, collaborative search for proper methods and teaching are rare in these internet driven days of information and their operations are truly on par with the better centers world wide. I can recommend this holistic, total package place of development unconditionally. Results reinforce my opinion and I look forward to the reports each month as I follow many of the athletes with huge interest.”
“Laura is a highly motivated and hard working British Athletics Pathway Coach who consistently delivers to a high standard as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Laura’s influence and expertise has helped shape the development of several British Athletics Pathway programmes, guiding the holistic progression of junior athletes and coaches through the Futures Academy and establishing the Futures Sprint Relay squads to achieve international success and the necessary skills and behaviours to transition into competitive seniors. Laura has a great vision for ongoing improvements and refinements to herself as a coach and the Pathway programmes.”
"Elsie absolutely loved the junior athletics session with Tom today. She really enjoyed the different format and all the running training, where she experienced the athletic warm ups, running 100m and 200m’s. She was even trying to persuade Tom to let her do the 400m. In that 1 hour it gave the kids an amazing insight into warm ups through to the actual racing”
“I’ve now been with WLTF since 2015 and it has been and still is a great set up for my pole vaulting. The coaching, structure and support is brilliant and it’s amazing to have a coach who puts just as much time/effort into it as yourself! I learnt not only how to be a better vaulter technically but also all the surrounding elements that are required to improve. This has also improved my life outside of vaulting as it has helped me develop as a person. WLTF provides you with a team that you’re part of which is lovely as athletics sometimes can be too individual. Joining WLTF has helped me achieve one of my first goals in pole vault to jump over 4m and hopefully higher heights in the future!”
"As a parent of an athlete, it is important to find coaches who are knowledgeable, positive and encourage team attitudes.
This is exactly what West London Track & Field provide: Fantastic coaches who work hard to help all athletes achieve their potential, whatever their ability."
“JP is a brilliant coach. Both my kids love him and his sessions and are really benefiting from his expertise always delivered with a very large dose of fun!”
